Occasionally, self-collection issues may occur, such as insufficient sample volume (most commonly due to rapid blood coagulation) or blood hemolysis or  caps not being closed properly. In these cases, we offer a fair cost-sharing solution for replacement kits: HealthieOne covers 50% and you cover 50%. The prices below show your portion only.

If you choose to have a professional phlebotomist collect your blood sample, we reduce the kit prices to offset the cost of phlebotomist services. These independent phlebotomy providers nationwide can collect and ship your samples following our protocols. Pick the phlebotomist that suits you best. Just note you'll pay and book directly with them.

For samples not yet sent due to insufficient volume or missed same day shipping:

• Partial Replacement Kit for Self-Collection: $60
• Or Partial Replacement kit for Phlebotomy: Free kit but you pay phlebotomist directly. 

For samples that have been sent but are not usable:

• Both vials are not not usable: Full Replacement kit for Self-Collection: $100
• One of the two vials is not not usable: Partial Replacement Kit for Self-Collection: $60
• Or Full Replacement Kit for Phlebotomy: $60 + you pay phlebotomist directly. 

When shipping delays affect your samples:

• Carrier delays: Full Replacement Kit for Self-Collection due to Delayed Delivery for free.
• Missed drop-off time or drop-off at non-FedEx Office location: Full Replacement kit for Self-Collection: $100
