Test your
Triglycerides/Apolipoprotein B (Apo B)

Looking for an easy way to test and monitor your Triglycerides/Apolipoprotein B (Apo B)?
It's included in the HealthieOne Complete test.

Triglycerides/Apolipoprotein B (Apo B)

Explanation: The TG/ApoB ratio compares your triglycerides (fats your body uses for energy) to apolipoprotein B, a protein found on potentially harmful cholesterol particles. Each "bad" cholesterol particle, whether VLDL, IDL, or LDL, carries exactly one ApoB molecule, so ApoB tells you how many of these particles are circulating in your blood.

Note: Universal clinical reference ranges have not been established for this calculated marker. Available cutoffs vary by population and clinical context. This value should be interpreted alongside individual component values, clinical history, and other relevant biomarkers.

An aspect of Cholesterol, Fatty Acids and Ketone Bodies.
